Effective

This site is operated by Xovv Technologies LLC (“xovv technologies,” “we”), a Nevada limited liability company. It’s built to collect as little as possible. This page explains what it does collect, why, and what happens to it.

This page covers this website only. Information we handle for clients is governed by our client agreement.

What we collect

When you send a message through the contact form, we receive:

  • Your name
  • Your work email
  • Your company name, if you add it
  • Your message

We use it to respond to your inquiry and to discuss working together.

Please don’t include passwords, payment card numbers, health information, or other sensitive details in your message. If we ever need information like that, we’ll arrange a secure way to share it.

Like any website, this one is delivered by a hosting provider that receives basic technical details, such as your IP address and browser type, to serve pages and protect the site.

To limit abuse, the contact form keeps a short-lived count of recent submissions from each network. It stores a scrambled version of your network address, never the address itself, and the count expires within an hour.

The security checks on our homepage and security page look at this site, our domain, and your connection to it, in the moment. We don’t keep any results about you or your connection.

How your message is protected

Your message is encrypted in your browser, to a key controlled by xovv technologies, before it’s sent. Our hosting provider and email delivery service handle it only in encrypted form. They can see delivery details, such as when it was sent and its size, but not its contents.

It’s stored in an encrypted inbox, and your connection to this site is encrypted as well.

This protection relies on the code delivered to your browser. The page with the contact form loads scripts only from our own domain; the bot check runs in a separate frame that your browser keeps from reading what you type. Strict security settings limit where code can come from. Replies we send you afterward are regular email.

We use strong safeguards, but no method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.

Bot protection

To keep automated spam out, our hosting provider’s bot check runs when you use the contact form. It loads once you start filling in the form and looks at technical signals from your browser, including your IP address, to tell people apart from bots.

We use it only to protect the form. It runs in a separate frame, apart from the page where you type your message, under that provider’s privacy terms.

Who handles your information

We don’t sell your information or share it for advertising. We use a small number of service providers, only to run this site and deliver your message to us:

  • Our hosting provider, which serves this site and runs the bot check
  • Our email delivery service, which carries your encrypted message to us
  • Our email hosting provider, which stores our encrypted inbox

These providers may process information outside your state or country. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We delete contact form submissions from our inbox automatically 90 days after we receive them. Our email delivery service keeps its own delivery records, including the encrypted message, under its own retention policy.

If we reply and you write back, that conversation is kept with our regular business email. If you become a client, the information we need becomes part of your client records and is handled under your client agreement.

Cookies and tracking

  • This site doesn’t set cookies.
  • This site doesn’t use analytics or ad-tracking scripts.
  • Fonts are served from our own domain, not an outside font service.

This site doesn’t track you over time or across other websites, and we don’t use third-party tracking tools. Because there’s no tracking to turn off, the site works the same way whether or not your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal.

Children

This site isn’t intended for children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect information from them.

Your requests

To ask what information we have about you, or to ask us to correct or delete it, send a request through the contact form. We may need to confirm it’s you before acting on a request.

Changes

If this page changes, we’ll post the new version here and update the effective date at the top.
